Questions builders ask
Where does the data come from?
Public council planning registers. Our system checks each borough's register several times a day and catches every new residential approval and application the same day it appears. Every lead links to the council's own record so you can verify it yourself.
How is it delivered?
One email per borough, every morning. Approvals first ("just decided"), then fresh applications ("just applied"). Each lead: address, project type, estimated property value, date, and a link to the full application. Once a week you also get a CSV of everything and a ready-to-print intro letter.
My borough is not on the list. Can you add it?
Almost certainly. We usually add a new borough within 24 hours. Sign up and pick "My borough is not listed" - your free 2 weeks start the day your feed goes live, not the day you sign up.
How do I cancel?
Reply "cancel" to any digest email. That's it. Your feed stops, billing stops. No contract, no notice period.
What counts as a lead?
Residential only: extensions, lofts, conversions, outbuildings, garage conversions. No offices, no shopfronts, no noise. Cold or non-residential records are filtered out before they reach you.
Why is it so much cheaper than the old services?
The old services employ people to copy records by hand, then sell you a big bundle a week late. Ours is automated end to end, so you get it same day and only pay for the patch you work.
How many builders can have my borough?
We cap it at 3 builders per borough. Being first only means something if you are not sharing the lead with half the trade, so once a borough hits 3 we stop taking new signups there and start a waiting list instead. Check any borough page to see how many spots are left.
