Why I built this
I'm a builder in South London. Extensions, lofts, refurbs - the same work you do.
Ten years ago I worked out that being first to a homeowner with fresh planning permission is how small builders win work. The big firms have sales teams for this. I had Fiverr: I paid a guy $300 a month to copy planning applications off council websites by hand and email me the list. It was slow and full of mistakes, but even that won me jobs, because I was knocking while every other builder was waiting for the plans to hit the merchants' gossip mill.
Later I switched to a UK firm that sold planning leads for £60 a month. Better, but the leads arrived a week late, bundled with three counties I never work, and half were commercial.
So I built my own system. It checks the council planning registers several times a day, catches every new residential approval and application the same day it appears, looks up the property value, and emails me a clean list for exactly the boroughs I work. No week-old data, no commercial noise, no forced bundle.
It won me work from day one. Just Approved is that same system, opened up to other builders. You pick your borough, the feed lands every morning, and you are the first one through the door.
One rule: I cap it at 3 builders per borough, because the whole point is being first. Once a borough hits 3, new signups go on the waiting list until a spot opens.
