Site diary entry

I'm a South London builder. Ten years ago I paid a guy on Fiverr $300 a month to copy planning applications off council websites by hand, because being first to a homeowner with fresh permission is how small builders win work. Then I paid a UK firm £60 a month.

Now I've built my own system: it checks the council registers several times a day and catches every new approval and application the same day. This is that feed. Read the full story →

The builder's advantage

Same day

Caught the day it appears on the register, not a week later like the old services.

Exact address & project

Address, project type, estimated property value and a link to the full application.

Residential only

Extensions, lofts, conversions. No offices, no shopfronts, no noise.

Only your patch

Pick 1, 2 or 3 boroughs, not a forced bundle covering three counties.

Weekly CSV included

Bulk export of the week's leads for your CRM or mailing list.

Ready-to-print letter

A fresh intro letter every week for door drops. Included.

Daily morning email

Lands by 7am so you can plan your route before the day starts.

How it works

  1. Pick your borough. One, two or three - whatever patch you actually work.
  2. Get the digest every morning. Every new residential approval ("just approved") and application ("just applied") in your borough, each with address, project type, estimated property value and a link straight to the council record.
  3. Knock first. The permission was granted this week and the homeowner has not picked a builder yet. Once a week you also get a CSV of everything plus a ready-to-print intro letter.
